Height: He's the "intimidating towering type" as he's 187cm tall ~ 6'2" Build: Tall and muscular and broad shouldered. To put it short, Archer is ridiculously buff, it's even more prominent once his coat comes off... or maybe not since the red makes it more evident. You can tell he was going for that heroic build. If anyone wants raw numbers he's 78kg and according to canon data his 3size is B97/W81/H96 Voice: Low and deep, the "mature" kind of voice [1] Most often collected and professional, or very thickly lined with sarcasm. He speaks in much more softer tone when around friends people he's fond of. His seiyuu is Junichi Suwabe. Usual hairstyle: He keeps his short hair combed back. Archers need their vision clear, after all. It's very rare but possible to see him with his hair down and it's usually noted that it makes him appear a lot younger. Usual outfit: He generally sticks to variants of black and red. There is his classic black armor with silver detailing and red overcoat and buttcape, but he can be seen often in just a simple, casual combo of black shirt, pants and black boots. Or in case of winter, black coat. Yes, just a lot of black. Picture links for convenience [1] [2] [3] Posture: Did I mention something about heroic build and being intimidatingly tall? Yeah, this guy never slouches, but it's also quite obvious that he's very guarded. He moves with deliberate confidence. Body language: To put it simply, Archer keeps himself in check and can appear more distant and jaded, but it can cross into looking just heavily guarded. He often crosses his arms, or legs and generally crosses all checks of closed posture signaling disinterest. However when in proximity of friends or people he likes, he's more prone to mirroring them and becoming more open. He starts being more animated then, waving his hand flippantly even, shrugging with arms wide open and *gasp* smiling - he's generally closer to how he acted as he was younger, and less of a jaded cynic. And if he's both relaxed because of the company, AND in kitchen? He might be talked into showing off tricks like some of those master chefs on TV shows do. During battle he's very precise and doesn't waste energy on unnecessary movement, probably because he knows he's not that strong, so every move every decision has to count. Scars, tattoos, accessories: Since his younger version is shown to have some scars, I'm assuming the current version does as well (for those interested the SPOILER link is here, the spoiler pertains to his true identity, which is probably open secret for like past 13 years, but just being safe). Those are mostly faded scars from cuts, or gunshot graze, the only different one is the one over his heart - a memento from that one time certain someone stabbed him. The difference is that only more medically inclined might notice is that it looks pretty lethal, you know, like it's the wound that killed him.
