Dear Archer;
It is good to write to you, my friend. Caster’s Exemplar. You have taught me so much that I was not aware of. Cooking and laundry are some of your many, many talents, and I wish to thank you for showing me the way through all of them. Truth be told, you were always the Shinki that I wished to impress the most. Your kindness shows through, even though your exterior is harder than most people may expect.
You are the one Caster depends on the most. Certainly, he does depend on me as I do depend on him, but there is something special in you that I feel attracts Caster to you. And you return that by keeping him mostly in check (though I do understand that Caster is his own person and will never be kept in line, and for that, you have incredibly strong patience).
You are a strong, kind, patient soul who I am grateful to have met and gotten to learn from, more than anyone else. Your heart is always in the right place, as are your words, as cutting as they may be. Much as with Caster, if there was anything you required from me, I would be more than happy to do so. Our training sessions were always something I enjoyed, and I thank you for all your hard work in keeping our weapons properly taken care of.
I know that you, of all others, are the one that anyone can depend on. Be it from our own Temple or from another. And for that, I thank you. I do not think I have all the words to properly thank you, so I hope you will accept this letter as my appreciation for all the hard work you do.
For now, stay strong. Keep your head up. And smile, for your smile is one of the most charming I have seen in a long time.
